**What it does:** Registration of ships arriving for recycling, IHM (inventory of hazardous materials) and the dismantling process.

===== Steps =====
  - Add a new ship: IMO no, tonnage, flag, arrival date.
  - Attach the IHM document and SRP (Ship Recycling Plan) status.
  - Update dismantling phases (barrier, cutting, evacuation).
  - On completion, submit the completion statement to the ministry.
