**What it does:** Calculation, approval and e-signed documentation of subcontractor and personnel progress payments.

===== Steps =====
  - Select the period and subcontractor/personnel.
  - Calculate the payment from production/overtime data.
  - Submit for approval; approved payment is locked with e-signature (category-C — never deleted).
