**What it does:** Risk assessment, work permits (hot work, confined space), accident/incident records and OHS notifications.

===== Steps =====
  - Keep the risk assessment up to date.
  - No hot-work/confined-space permit is issued without a valid gas measurement.
  - Report accidents/incidents to the ministry within 3 working days (category-C record — never deleted).
  - Track personal protective equipment (PPE).
