**What it does:** Muster roll-call at the assembly point in an emergency; marking everyone on site 'present/missing'.

===== Steps =====
  - Start a muster session in an emergency — those on site are listed automatically.
  - Mark each person 'Present/Missing'; missing people show red with last location.
  - Close the session once everyone is accounted for.
