What it does: Registration of ships arriving for recycling, IHM (inventory of hazardous materials) and the dismantling process.

1. Add a new ship: IMO no, tonnage, flag, arrival date.
2. Attach the IHM document and SRP (Ship Recycling Plan) status.
3. Update dismantling phases (barrier, cutting, evacuation).
4. On completion, submit the completion statement to the ministry.
