What it does: Calculation, approval and e-signed documentation of subcontractor and personnel progress payments.

1. Select the period and subcontractor/personnel.
2. Calculate the payment from production/overtime data.
3. Submit for approval; approved payment is locked with e-signature (category-C — never deleted).
