What it does: Risk assessment, work permits (hot work, confined space), accident/incident records and OHS notifications.

1. Keep the risk assessment up to date.
2. No hot-work/confined-space permit is issued without a valid gas measurement.
3. Report accidents/incidents to the ministry within 3 working days (category-C record — never deleted).
4. Track personal protective equipment (PPE).
