What it does: Assignment of coastal-facility expert, OHS expert, workplace physician and environmental officer with certificate/validity tracking.

1. Add the expert: expertise type, certificate no, validity.
2. A warning appears if a mandatory expert type is missing.
3. Renew experts whose validity expired (red warning).
